Restaurant Manager

Job Description :

- Responsible for several aspects of managing and controlling restaurant performance, among others, operational running according to SOP, Care for work security consistently, ensuring excellent/excellent service, upselling product, premise maintenance, maintain the comfort & beauty (Ambience) of the restaurant according to the design and ensure that the staff below receive training for restaurant standardization

- Ensuring the accuracy of POS, cashiering and system data input purchasing

- Check sales results, and cash data from sales from Cashier shift 1 and shift 2 to be deposited the next day to the bank. As well as control over the house bank

- Ensuring receiving all reports such as stock taking, pest

- Control, hospitalization assets, zero defects and General Cleaning etc from the team and check them

- Control over ordering and storage of all service items

- Ensuring grooming standards are carried out by all staff, and ensure that all staff carry out the SOPs that are applied and carry out activities according to the Resto brand concept

- Ensuring the Team is able to handle complaints properly complete according to procedure

- Ensure all staff attend training for development according to standards

- Ensure work activities are carried out safely according to SOP

- Ensure service staff have attended training according to standards company

- Evaluate staff who have attended internal training carry out the training

- Conduct coaching and counseling for staff who do not follow procedures and have problems

- Conduct annual assessments according to employee contracts

Job Aplication Criteria :

- Maximum age 35 Years Old

- Minimum Education S1/D3 (Speciality Tourism, Hospitality, Catering, Preferred department)

- Work experience as Operational Service for 5 years & Managerial 2 years

- Understanding Restaurant Operations and Fine Dining Service

- Able to operate Microsoft Office, Presentation Skill, Interpersonal, Costing, Selling, Basic Food and Beverage Knowledge

- Good appearance

- Good in communication
