Job Description :

- Responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager for several aspects of managing and controlling restaurant performance

- Ensuring the accuracy of POS data input and Purchasing system

- Check sales results from shift 1 and shift 2 cashiers to be deposited the next day to the bank (Cash) designated by Finance and debit / credit card (non-cash)

- Ensuring the completeness of the utility at the outlet

- Correct use of petty cash and balance

- Make reports such as stock taking, pest control, general cleaning, etc. as required by the Restaurant Manager

- Manage staff service work schedules

- Manage building security - building keys, safes, etc

- Manage loading, ordering and storage of service items

- Conduct daily briefings to update procedures and programs

- Handle complaints thoroughly to the solution

- Monitor all staff have attended training according to standards

- Always supervise staff who have attended training carry out the training provided by the Restaurant Manager


Job Aplication Criteria :

- Maximum age 33 Years Old

- Minimum Education S1 (Speciality Tourism, Hospitality, Catering, Preferred department)

- Work experience as Operational and Service Quality for 2 Years

- Understanding Restaurant Operations and Fine Dining Service

- Able to operate Microsoft Office, Presentation Skill, Interpersonal, Costing, Selling, Basic Food and Beverage Knowledge

- Good appearance

- Good in communication

- Complete Covid-19 Vaccine (Booster)
