Job Description :

- Responsible for several aspects of assisting Supervisors in coordinating and supervising cashier staff, servers, runners, hosts under their coordination for restaurant performance

- Inputting POS data accurately and ensuring the System is ready and running well to the Supervisor

- Take part Check the completeness of the utensil at the outlet

- Help make arrangements for receipt / storage of goods carried out by the Supervisor

- Help oversee grooming standards, and manage guest waiting lists, as well as carry out typical / unique activities of a restaurant brand

- Help supervise the cleanliness of Service Areas, Outdoors, and General Cleaning

- Help handle customer complaints and report to Supervisor / RM

- Help Check premisis functioning properly (CCTV, AC, Apar, LCD, Sound System, Computer etc.)

- Receive and store raw materials according to food safety standards

- Must attend training according to company standards

- Conduct coaching to staff under him


Job Aplication Criteria :

- Maximum age 31 Years Old

- Minimum Education D3/SMK(Speciality Tourism, Hospitality, Catering, Preferred department)

- Work experience as Service Quality for 2 Years

- Understanding Restaurant Operations and Fine Dining Service

- Able to operate Microsoft Office, Presentation Skill, Interpersonal, Costing, Selling, Basic Food and Beverage Knowledge

- Good appearance

- Good in communication

- Complete Covid-19 Vaccine (Booster)
