Job Description :

- Cares about food safety, operates POS according to procedures, especially in receiving customer orders, and consistently performs excellent/excellent service, product upselling, premise maintenance

- Perform accurate POS (take order) data input, repeat customer orders to avoid order errors, ensure tables and timings are in accordance with customer orders

- Ensuring workplace safety, food safety and drinks from cross contamination when delivered to customers and storage places for cutlery

- Clean up tables quickly (clear up table), clean up service areas, station areas, and follow the specified General Cleaning schedule

- Handle complaints well and report to SPV/RM

- Must do upselling to customers to increase sales

- Maintain cleanliness so as not to contaminate food Ensure food serving is not contaminated


Job Aplication Criteria :

- Maximum age 28  Years Old

- Minimum Education SMA (Senior High School)/SMK (Vocational HighSchool) (Speciality Tourism, Hospitality, Catering, Preferred department)

- Work experience as Restaurant Servers for 1 Years

- Understand restaurant operations, especially Service Sequence  and communication

- Able to communicate fluently with customers

- Good appearance

- Good in communication

- Complete Covid-19 Vaccine (Booster)
