Job Description :

- Responsible for excellent service, product upselling, reservations, waiting lists and customer data and table settings

- Carry out grooming standards, first impressions to guests, create a Kids Friendly atmosphere, have impressive skills and carry out activities / unique to a restaurant brand

- Cleaning Service Area, Outdoor, and following routine activities General Cleaning in accordance with the provisions

- Resolving and submitting customer complaints to PIC

- Must do upselling to customers to increase sales

- Checking premise is working fine

Job Aplication Criteria :

- Maximum age 28  Years Old

- Minimum Education SMA (Senior High School)/SMK (Vocational HighSchool) (Speciality Tourism, Hospitality, Catering, Preferred department)

- Work experience as Restaurant Servers for 1 Years

- Understand restaurant operations, especially Service Sequence  and communication

- Understand how to operate computer

- Able to communicate fluently with customers

- Good appearance

- Good in communication

- Complete Covid-19 Vaccine (Booster)
