Job Description :

- Responsible for several aspects, among others, care for food safety, Adequacy of Logistics, Adequacy of ATK, excellent service, premise maintenance, administrative tidiness of ordering raw materials and others

- Perform Request Order by System at the request of Head Cook/CDP and Restaurant Supervisor and Head Bar

- Receive goods according to standard quality and manage loading systems, ordering and storing goods based on hygiene

- Check and maintain the adequacy of Logistics and ATK and utilities

- Make various kinds of reports such as Stock Taking, Reumbersment, petty cash, Turnover Deposit, etc which are required by the Head Office

- Support the supply of goods to all divisions in providing services


Job Aplication Criteria :

- Maximum age 32  Years Old

- Minimum Education SMA (Senior High School)/SMK (Vocational HighSchool) (Speciality Office,Tourism, Hospitality, Catering, Preferred department)

- Work experience as Admin Restaurant for 1 year / Store Keeper  for 1 year

- Understand the standard quality of goods restaurant

- Understand how to operate computer

- Good appearance

- Good in communication

- Complete Covid-19 Vaccine (Booster)
